Content on the Web grows GEOMETRICALLY! The Search experience is LINEAR.  In other words, someone using a traditional search engine to locate information is limited to the linear mode of being able to view only one page at a time. In the same time it takes for one person to read one page, hundreds of others have been added.  Additionally, site operators are getting quite adept at optimizing their sites for search engine bots (in fact, there are companies that specialize in getting sites listed amongst top search results & some search engines even allow for such placement in exchange for a fee).  

Frustrated by the amount of time it usually takes to find the most basic information on a given topic, the team at InfoScouts has set out to locate the Web's most relevant information on categories and issues that personally affect our everyday lives.
